This feature replaces and extends "Archive" / "Unarchive" functionality.

• Close / Reopen chats to organize your team handling of WhatsApp conversations from the list of chats (including multi-selection) or within individual chat view.

• Built-in "All chats" view will now display "closed" chats as well. Create additional filter views to organize your "open" / "closed" conversations according to your work process.

• See "Closed by" / "Reopened by" entries in chat history for improved team collaboration.

• Create workflows based on closed status of a chat with Zapier automation using new trigger "Chat closed" and new action "Close chat". A new field "is_closed" will be available in chat details in relevant triggers and actions as well.
