Improvements

• When selecting WA account, display "connected by me" for the account connected by the current user

• "Billing details" page removed - billing details should now be changed via "Manage my subscription" on Subscription page.

Fixed

• Ordering by responsible didn't work in chats list (shared inbox) display

• Can't create a new Note

• Can't change the status of a Note from Private to Public

• A teammate cannot delete timelines corresponding to a chats from disconnected WA account

• When hovering over a filter tab with a long name, its name is cut off

• Multiple other bugfixes
